- EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEGISLATIVE, EXECUTIVE, AND JUDICIARY IN THE GOVERNMENT SYSTEM! :
- 1. Legislative Branch
The legislative branch is the part of government responsible for making laws. Members of this branch discuss issues in society, draft policies, and decide on rules that everyone—including the government—must follow. In simple terms, the legislature is the group that creates the “rules of the game” for the country.
2. Executive Branch
The executive branch carries out and enforces the laws made by the legislature. It manages the day-to-day work of governing, such as public services, security, education, economic affairs, and more. The president, ministers, and various government officials belong to this branch. If the legislature writes the rules, the executive makes sure those rules actually work in practice.
3. Judiciary
The judiciary ensures that everyone obeys the law and that justice is upheld. Courts and judges handle disputes, interpret laws, and make sure the government itself doesn’t misuse its power. This branch acts as the “guardian of justice,” ensuring that laws are applied fairly.

Saya pernah bermain peran sebagai DOJ di Executive Roleplay sebagai pengacara dan memegang jabatan sebagai head of HR dam juga sudah menangani beberapa kasus seperti pembunuhan berat, korupsi yang di lakukan oleh polisi, dan juga sudah pernah dan paham tentang bagaimana untuk melulis suatu dokumen kasus yang saya kerjakan dan juga proses dari penulisan dokumen sidang sampai sidang berlangsung. Pengalaman saya bermain peran sebagai DOJ di executive roleplay sudah mencakup 1 tahun 3 bulan dan saya harap disini juga saya bisa mendapatkan peran sebagai lawyer swasta.
