      • I wish to transfer to the Los Santos Police Department to utilize my investigative expertise in narcotics and violent crime suppression within a larger and more dynamic jurisdiction. I believe that LSPD’s broadened operational scope and inter-agency cooperation will strengthen our ability to dismantle mid-to-high level narcotics trafficking networks and reduce violent crime throughout the city.
      What do you wish to achieve while employed with the Los Santos Police Department?
      • I aim to support and improve specialized investigative efforts targeting narcotics distribution and criminal organizations. I also intend to contribute to the development of investigative personnel through structured mentoring, leadership, and field training practices. My goal is to help enhance public safety and operational effectiveness within the department.
      Have you undergone any form of supervisory training with the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department? If so, how do you believe it would help your employment with the Los Santos Police Department?
      • Yes. I have undergone Supervisory Leadership & Command Training, which strengthened my decision-making, critical incident management, and team leadership skills. This will support my role in the LSPD by ensuring efficient supervision during complex and high-risk investigative operations.
