    • I’m applying for a lateral transfer to the Los Santos Police Department because I’m looking for a new environment that challenges my experience while allowing me to contribute at a higher level of professionalism. After serving in another city, I realized that LSPD in IME offers a more dynamic operational structure, and a wider range of divisions that match my long-term goals as an officer.

    • My goal is to grow within the department—taking on responsibilities that challenge me, supporting my fellow officers, and eventually earning a position where I can mentor others. Ultimately, I want to help uphold the integrity, discipline, and high-quality that defines the LSPD.
