- Why do you wish to transfer to the Los Santos Police Department?
- I wish to transfer to the LSPD as I am looking for a department that will provide more than what comes with regular responsibilities and growth as a member of city force. The framework and high standards of LSPD is what I strive to be as an officer. I just want to use my experience and try to improve the department but also learn from a grou p that’s known for discipline and being professional.
What do you wish to achieve while employed with the Los Santos Police Department?- During my experience in the LSPD,i want to become a leader who can advice and support other officers. I would like to contribute towards ensuring higher level of professionalism, efficiency in team-work and greater strength to the organization. Ultimately, what I seek is acceptance from both the community and the department through solid, steady performance.
- Yes I have, Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department Supervisory School done. The program helped to hone my team coordination, incident command, conflict resolution and communication skills. It’s skills that transfer over into the LSPD easily. They’d make it easier for me to function under high-risk scenarios, offer guidance to younger officers and maintain department standards at an even keel.
- Yes, I have received disciplinary action during my time with the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department.
Written Warning: Issued due to an error in following procedure during a traffic stop. After receiving the warning, I underwent corrective training and made sure to strictly follow all SOPs in future operations.
This experience served as a valuable lesson that strengthened my professionalism and adherence to protocol.
