   • I want to apply as a Law Enforcement Officer because of a personal experience that changed my life. A month ago, my sister was kidnapped and held captive by a gang. I felt powerless. I cannot do anything to save my sister. Police came and handled the gang and brought my sister home safely. That moment showed me the true meaning of duty and service that is to protect those who cannot protect themselves. Since then, I have been determined to follow in their footsteps. By joining the police department, I want to give back to the community, ensure the safety of others, and be the same source of hope and protection that those police officers were for me and my sister.
2. WHY SHOULD WE ACCEPT YOU AS A POLICE OFFICER ? (At least 100 word) :
   • By accepting me, you are not just getting another police officer, but someone who is genuinely motivated to protect and serve, who values teamwork, and who will remain dedicated to the mission of keeping the city safe. My motivation comes from personal experience that I have explained above. I can stay calm under pressure, follow the chain of command, and work as part of a team to ensure the safety of the city. No one is perfect so I am willing to learn, adapt, and put in the effort to be a great police officer. I will bring dedication and discipline as a police officer.
3. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEO AND CIVILIAN SOCIETY GROUP ? :
   • LEO is official member of the police department. They are sworn to uphold the law, protect the community, investigate crimes, and ensure public safety. They have the authority to carry weapons, arrest criminals, and enforce city and state laws. Their duty is directly tied to maintaining peace and justice through legal power. While civilians are everyday members of the community who live, work, and contribute to society in non-law enforcement ways. They may form community groups, businesses, or organizations to support social activities, culture, or economy. While they can report crimes or help maintain harmony, they do not have legal authority to enforce laws or make arrests.
