Executive branch is in charge of enforcing the laws. They are the ones who put the laws into action. The head of the executive branch is often a president or a prime minister, along with their cabinet and various government departments. Lastly, the Judiciary branch interprets the laws and ensures they are applied fairly. They are the judges and courts. They hear cases, decide if laws have been broken, and settle disputes.
