1. EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEGISLATIVE, EXECUTIVE, AND JUDICIARY IN THE GOVERNMENT SYSTEM ? :
   • it's as simple as this :
     Legislative = Makes the law
     Executive = Enforces the law
     Judiciary = Interprets the law
     
     but the long version is more or less like this :
     1. The "Legislative" branch creates laws. It consists of elected representatives who discuss, propose, and vote on regulations that govern society.
     2. The "Executive" branch enforces the law. It includes government agencies such as the police and state departments, led by executives such as the governor or mayor.
     3. The "Judiciary" branch interprets and applies the law. Judges, courts, and legal officers ensure justice is carried out based on legal procedures and constitutional rights.
2. WHY SHOULD WE ACCEPT YOU OR GRANT YOU THE STATE BAR LICENSE ? :
   • I have a strong commitment to uphold justice and work professionally according to legal procedures. I am disciplined, able to communicate well, and always try to stay objective when analyzing a case.
     
     I do not only want a position, but I want to contribute to building a legal system that is fair, organized, and trustworthy for the community. If granted the opportunity to join or obtain the State Bar license, I will use my knowledge and skills to support the fair enforcement of justice in this state.
     
     I also want to be honest. I used Google Translate to write this answer because my English skills are not perfect yet. However, I am a fair and honest person who always follows the rules. I believe integrity and justice are far more important than language ability alone.

   • I have played as an attorney before on another city/server for around one month. Although it was not a long period, it gave me basic experience in legal roleplay and court procedures.
     
     In this current city, I am still relatively new, but I am fully committed to learning and improving. My short playtime does not prevent me from becoming a fair and responsible judge or legal officer. I always try to maintain realism, follow RP rules, and make sure every decision is based on fairness and proper legal reasoning.
     
     I may not have the longest experience, but I have the right mindset, discipline, and willingness to grow in DOJ roleplay.
