PERSONAL QUESTION
  1. EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEGISLATIVE, EXECUTIVE, AND JUDICIARY IN THE GOVERNMENT SYSTEM! :
    • The government is organized into three core branches to ensure a necessary balance of power. The Legislative branch is responsible for creating all the laws and often consists of an Assembly or Congress that debates and passes legislation. The Executive branch then enforces those laws, handles the daily operations of the state, and is usually headed by a President. Finally, the Judiciary branch, which includes the courts and judges, interprets the laws to settle legal disputes, determines guilt in trials, and ultimately maintains the integrity of the justice system.
  2. WHY SHOULD WE ACCEPT YOU OR GRANT YOU THE STATE BAR LICENSE? :
    • I recognize that I do not have experience within the Department of Justice, but my application is built on my strong commitment to education and quick learning. My commitment goes beyond simply learning; my main goal is to serve the state effectively right away. However, I view this lack of direct experience as a fresh and exciting chance to commit fully to the learning process from the ground up. I am eager to dedicate the necessary time and focus required to understand and execute every aspect of the Department of Justice's procedures and protocols flawlessly. My strong respect for the judicial system means I am fully prepared to follow all training and guidance to become a high-quality, contributing member of the team.
