PERSONAL QUESTION
  1. EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEGISLATIVE, EXECUTIVE, AND JUDICIARY IN THE GOVERNMENT SYSTEM! :
    • The three primary branches of government—legislative, executive, and judicial—each have specific roles to play in maintaining the separation of powers and preventing abuse.

Making laws is the responsibility of the legislative branch. It discusses, debates, and passes bills, represents the people’s interests, and oversees government actions. It also authorises taxes and budgets. The American Congress, the British Parliament, and the DPR and DPD in Indonesia are a few examples.

Implementing and upholding legislation passed by the legislature is the responsibility of the executive branch. It oversees ministries, runs the government's day-to-day activities, and speaks on behalf of the country abroad. Leaders like the president (in Indonesia and the United States) or prime minister (in the United Kingdom) lead the executive branch, with the help of vice presidents, ministers, and cabinet members.

By interpreting and applying the law, the judiciary branch upholds justice and the rights of its inhabitants. It resolves conflicts, ensures that everyone is treated equally under the law, and assesses legislation and government activities for constitutionality. The Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, and the Mahkamah Agung and Mahkamah Konstitusi in Indonesia are a few examples.
  2. WHY SHOULD WE ACCEPT YOU OR GRANT YOU THE STATE BAR LICENSE? :
    • Since I have proven to have the skills and moral fibre necessary to preserve the integrity of the legal profession, you ought to issue me a State Bar licence. I have a thorough understanding of the law, excellent analytical skills, and the discipline to handle complicated legal issues fairly and precisely thanks to my education and real-world experiences.

Beyond technical expertise, I understand that practicing law requires a commitment to upholding the rule of law, serving the public, and advancing moral behaviour. I approach every assignment with a feeling of duty to the community and respect for the rule of law because I value honesty, accountability, and compassion.

Obtaining this licence offers the chance to make a significant contribution to the legal system in addition to being a personal accomplishment. I'm prepared to uphold the greatest professional standards in my job by representing clients with diligence, respecting the courts, and continuing my education.

To put it briefly, I want to be admitted to the Bar not just because I am qualified but also because I am committed to using my legal education to have a long-lasting, morally sound influence on society and the profession.

Dear Mr/Mrs. Terrence Ace Coleman,

Thank you for participating in the Department of Justice Recruitment and State Bar Certification process. We appreciate the time and effort you invested in your application, as well as your interest in serving the city of Los Santos legally. After carefully considering and evaluating your performance in the application, we regret to inform you that your application has been DECLINED at this stage.
