    • I am currently serving as a Paralegal within the Department of Justice. In this role, I have gained valuable experience in preparing case files, reviewing evidence, and coordinating with attorneys and law enforcement officers. I have also participated in multiple trial courts, which gave me a deeper understanding of courtroom dynamics and the importance of well-prepared investigations. PERSONAL QUESTION
  1. HOW DO YOU ENSURE THAT YOUR INVESTIGATION RESULTS ARE OBJECTIVE AND UNBIASED? :
    • I ensure objectivity by basing all findings solely on verifiable evidence and facts. I avoid personal assumptions, document every step of the process, and welcome oversight or peer review to maintain fairness and accountability.
  2. WHAT IS THE IDEAL COORDINATION BETWEEN A DOJ INVESTIGATOR, AN ATTORNEY, AND A JUDGE IN YOUR OPINION? :
    • The best coordination is when everyone respects each other’s role. The investigator gives correct and complete evidence, the attorney builds the case with it, and the judge makes sure the trial is fair. Good communication between all three is very important.
  3. HOW DO YOU MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY DURING AN INVESTIGATION? :
    • I only share case details with the people who are officially part of the case. I keep documents safe, follow DOJ rules about information security, and never discuss sensitive matters outside the workplace.
  4. IN A CASE OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL CORRUPTION, WHAT INITIAL STEPS WOULD YOU TAKE TO COLLECT EVIDENCE? :
    • First, I would gather all basic documents such as financial records, contracts, and official reports. Then, I would interview witnesses and check if there are digital traces like emails or transactions. All steps must follow legal procedures so the evidence can be used in court.
  5. HOW DO YOU ENSURE THAT AN INVESTIGATION IS CONDUCTED LAWFULLY AND WITHOUT VIOLATING CITIZENS' RIGHTS? :
    • I always follow the law and DOJ guidelines during the investigation. I respect the rights of every person, like the right to remain silent and the right to a fair trial. Before collecting evidence or questioning someone, I make sure the proper legal process is in place, such as warrants if needed.
(( OUT OF CHARACTERS INFORMATION ))
  1. REAL LIFE NAME :
    • Artia
  2. REAL LIFE AGE :
    • 23
  3. DISCORD ID :
    • Artiasr
  4. CAN YOU TELL US ABOUT YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN INVESTIGATION OR LAW ENFORCEMENT (IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN OTHER SERVERS, PLEASE INCLUDE ANY CASE FILES OR INVESTIGATION DOCUMENTS YOU HAVE MADE)?:
    • I have worked as a paralegal in the Department of Justice and joined several trial courts. My main role was to support attorneys by preparing legal arguments, reviewing evidence, and organizing case files.

I have also handled cases related to robbery, drug distribution, and murder. In these cases, I helped to review the investigation documents, check the evidence, and make sure that all legal procedures were followed before the trial.

Even if I was not a full investigator before, these experiences gave me strong knowledge about how investigations are conducted, how evidence is collected, and how it is later used in court.
