   • I have always believed that every city needs strong protection and a fair system to keep its citizens safe. After living here for some time, I have seen both the good and the bad side of Los Santos. I want to dedicate myself to serve and protect the people, ensuring that laws are respected and justice is carried out properly. Becoming a police officer is not just a career for me, but a commitment to give back to the community, maintain peace, and create a safer environment for everyone in the city. I am also motivated by the opportunity to grow as a person, improve my discipline, and work closely with others who share the same vision of justice. Serving in this role would allow me to contribute meaningfully to the city and leave a positive impact.
2. WHY SHOULD WE ACCEPT YOU AS A POLICE OFFICER ? (At least 100 word) :
   • You should accept me because I am highly disciplined, responsible, and ready to put the interests of the city above my own. I am confident in my ability to stay calm under pressure, make quick and fair decisions, and work as part of a team. My determination, loyalty, and willingness to learn will allow me to grow into a valuable officer for the department. 3. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEO AND CIVILIAN SOCIETY GROUP ? :
   • Law Enforcement Officers are individuals who serve under the authority of the state with the responsibility to uphold the law, protect citizens, and maintain peace within the city. They are granted legal power to investigate crimes, apprehend suspects, and ensure that justice is enforced fairly. Their duty is to act with discipline, integrity, and professionalism in order to safeguard the community.
     
     On the other hand, Civilian Society Groups consist of the ordinary citizens of the city. They represent the community’s social, cultural, and economic life. Civilians may operate businesses, provide services, or take part in daily activities that bring the city to life. Unlike LEOs, they do not hold legal authority to enforce laws, but they are the people whom the laws are designed to protect.
     
     In short, LEOs are the guardians of order and justice, while civilians are the heart of society that lives, grows, and develops under the protection of those laws.

   • Yes, I have previous experience roleplaying as a police officer, although it was quite some time ago and within an Indonesian roleplay community. During that time, I held a significant role in the department of police training, where I was responsible for guiding and preparing new recruits. I remained with the police force for a considerable period, gaining valuable knowledge and leadership experience. Eventually, I decided to resign due to real-life commitments, but the experience left me with strong discipline, teamwork, and law enforcement roleplay skills.
