   • I want to apply as a police officer because I’m tired of seeing the city fall apart. Every day I see people breaking the law like it means nothing robberies, reckless driving, drugs everywhere. I don’t want to sit back and just watch anymore. I want to be someone who steps up and makes sure people feel safe again. I know it’s not an easy job, but I’m not here for the easy way. I’m here to serve, to protect, and to give back to the city that raised me.
2. WHY SHOULD WE ACCEPT YOU AS A POLICE OFFICER ? (At least 100 word) :
   • I know the streets, I know how criminals think, and I know what needs to change. That’s exactly why I’m the right person for this job. I’ve lived the other side of the law, and now I want to use that experience to help take back control of the city. I’m not perfect, but I’m honest, loyal, and ready to put in the work. Sometimes, it takes someone who’s been through it to really understand how to stop it.
3. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEO AND CIVILIAN SOCIETY GROUP ? :
   • LEOs have responsibility, power, and limitations. They have to act by the book, stay professional, and always put the safety of others first. Civilians have more freedom in their actions, but less authority. That’s the key difference LEOs enforce the law with discipline, while civilians just have to follow it. When you wear the badge, you don’t just play a role you carry the weight of the whole city on your back.
