The people who run the country are like the principal who makes sure the rules are followed. The people in the courts are like the judges or referees who make sure the rules are fair and help solve problems when kids fight about them. So one group makes the rules, another group carries them out, and another group makes sure everything stays fair.

- Of course, my legal knowledge, ethical commitment, and dedication to serving clients are my plus points. But what makes me unique is my strength in conflict resolution and mediation. I have developed skills in negotiation that allow me to resolve disputes fairly and effectively without always needing litigation.
