PERSONAL QUESTION
  1. HOW DO YOU ENSURE THAT YOUR INVESTIGATION RESULTS ARE OBJECTIVE AND UNBIASED? :
    • I have to make sure to base everything on facts, not opinions or assumptions. I always and need to double-check information and try to see it from different angles before drawing any conclusions. If I have a personal opinion, I keep it separate from the case. I also like to have another investigator or supervisor review my findings, just to make sure I didn’t miss anything or let the biased slip in. At the end of the day, the goal is to find the truth, not to prove a point.
  2. WHAT IS THE IDEAL COORDINATION BETWEEN A DOJ INVESTIGATOR, AN ATTORNEY, AND A JUDGE IN YOUR OPINION? :
    • For me, good coordination means everyone understands their role and communicates clearly. The investigator collects the facts, the attorney builds the legal side of the case, and the judge makes sure everything is handled fairly and by the law that build in the city. We don’t overstep each others jobs, but we stay in sync sharing updates through divisions, respecting each others time, and keeping the process transparent. When everyone works together smoothly, the whole justice process runs a lot better.
  3. IN A CASE OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL CORRUPTION, WHAT INITIAL STEPS WOULD YOU TAKE TO COLLECT EVIDENCE? :
    • First, I’d start by gathering background info who’s involved in the case, what position their holding, and what kind of corruption we’re talking about. Then I’d secure important documents like financial records, contracts, or communication data before anything can be deleted or changed. I’d also get the proper legal permissions, like warrants, before digging deeper. After that, I’d start talking to people who might have inside knowledge maybe employees, witnesses, or relatives. From there, I’d look for patterns that connect money flow, decisions, and possible misuse of power.
  4. HOW DO YOU ENSURE THAT AN INVESTIGATION IS CONDUCTED LAWFULLY AND WITHOUT VIOLATING CITIZENS' RIGHTS? :
    • I always follow the rules and procedures that protect peoples rights. That means no shortcuts if I need to search or question someone, I make sure it’s done with the right legal authority. I try to treat everyone with respect, even if they’re suspects, because everyone deserves fair treatment. I also keep detailed records of every step I take, so everything is transparent and can be reviewed later. Doing things the right way builds trust and makes sure the case holds up in court.
(( OUT OF CHARACTERS INFORMATION ))
  1. REAL LIFE NAME :
    • Fathurrahman A

  4. CAN YOU TELL US ABOUT YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN INVESTIGATION OR LAW ENFORCEMENT (IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN OTHER SERVERS, PLEASE INCLUDE ANY CASE FILES OR INVESTIGATION DOCUMENTS YOU HAVE MADE)?:

My experiences only in the police department (arresting criminal such as robbery, harrasment to other and possesion of illegal things (weapon and narcotics)) and medical job, beside that i've played in the badside too that running the family and coordinating it.
