- EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEGISLATIVE, EXECUTIVE, AND JUDICIARY IN THE GOVERNMENT SYSTEM! :
- These are known as Trias Politica, a principle designed to prevent any single person or institution from holding absolute power. Government authority is divided into three branches:
- Legislative: Institution that are responsible for creating and passing laws.
- Executive: Institution that are responsible for implementing and enforcing laws.
- Judiciary: Institution that are responsible for interpreting laws and ensuring justice is applied fairly.
Each branch balances the others, ensuring accountability and fairness in the government system.
- WHY SHOULD WE ACCEPT YOU OR GRANT YOU THE STATE BAR LICENSE? :
- I currently serve as a Police Officer with the Los Santos Police Department, which has given me strong knowledge of the Penal Code, evidence handling, and courtroom procedure. Granting me the State Bar license will allow me to expand this expertise into legal practice, ensuring that justice is upheld not only on the streets but also in the courts. I am committed to professionalism, fairness that is inline with DOJ values.
