   • I want to apply because I had a short experience as a police officer before, and it showed me how important the role really is. Even though I wasn’t in the position for long, I learned a lot about responsibility, discipline, and teamwork. That experience made me realize that helping people and being part of something bigger is something I truly want to continue doing. I understand I still have a lot more to learn, but I’m motivated, ready to improve myself, and willing to give my best to the department if given the opportunity.
2. WHY SHOULD WE ACCEPT YOU AS A POLICE OFFICER ? (At least 100 word) :
   • I think you should accept me because I’m motivated, willing to learn, and I already have some previous experience that I can build on. Even though my time as a police officer was short, it gave me a solid understanding of the basics and what the job requires. I know I still have a lot more to learn, but I’m disciplined, reliable, and open to improving myself every day. I want to work closely with the team, support the community, and show that I can handle responsibility. If given the chance, I’ll give my best to the department.
3. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEO AND CIVILIAN SOCIETY GROUP ? :
   • LEO is law enforcement, who is known as cops who enforce the law and keep the city safe. Meanwhile
     civilians are regular people who's just living their lives, running businesses, or doing community stuff without police authority.

   • Yes, I have. I served as a police officer for about a month and nearly reached Officer III before I had to step away due to personal reasons. During that time, I learned the basics, handled my duties properly, and gained good experience in the role. Even though I couldn’t continue back then, it gave me a strong foundation.
