LEGAL INFORMATION
  1. DO YOU HAVE GOOD CONDUCT ? :
    • Yes, I have good conduct. In the past, I made a mistake once due to peer influence. My friends were involved in a lifestyle that I should not have engaged in, and I allowed myself to be carried away. After that incident, I reflected deeply on my actions and realized that this was not the life I wanted. From that moment, I committed to upholding the law rather than breaking it.

As part of that commitment, I immediately filed for an expungement of my criminal record and went through the proper legal process. I was represented by Attorney Greg, and after a fair trial, the judge granted the expungement. This means that by law, my record is considered clean, as if the incident never occurred.

This experience strengthened my respect for the justice system and is one of the reasons I want to serve as a State Attorney. I believe in second chances, fairness, and accountability. Today, I stand by the principles of justice and integrity, which is why I can confidently say that I have good conduct.
  2. HAVE YOU EVER BEEN ARRESTED BY THE POLICE ? IF YES PLEASE EXPLAIN :
    • Yes, I was arrested once in the past for a house burglary incident. At that time, I was influenced by the wrong crowd and allowed myself to make a poor decision that did not reflect who I truly am. That experience was a turning point in my life. I realized immediately that this was not the path I wanted to take.

Following that, I committed to change and took the proper legal steps. I requested an expungement of my criminal record and went through the judicial process with full accountability. After a fair hearing, the court granted the expungement, meaning the record is legally considered nonexistent.

This mistake taught me the true value of law and justice. It inspired me to pursue a role where I can uphold the law rather than break it. Today, I am fully dedicated to integrity, fairness, and the principles of justice, and I am determined to bring that commitment to the Department of Justice.
  3. DO YOU HAVE FAMILY OR RELATIVES WHO ARE AFFILIATED WITH STREET GANGS ? IF YES PLEASE EXPLAIN :
    • Yes, I do have relatives who were affiliated with street gangs in the past. Res inter alios acta means the acts of others do not bind me. While I did make a mistake once by being involved in a house burglary, it was a single lapse in judgment that I deeply regret. I immediately took full accountability and went through the legal process to seek expungement, which was granted by the court. That record is now considered legally nonexistent.

That experience was a turning point. It taught me that justice must be more than a word, it must be a solemn duty. I have sworn to uphold the sanctity of the law, because without it, society falls into chaos. Their past does not define me; my actions, my integrity, and my commitment to justice do.

If I am accepted into the Department of Justice, I will carry that oath every day. The law is sacred, and I will defend it with conviction because justice is not optional. It is necessary.
  4. ARE YOU MARRIED OR NOT? :
    • No, I am not married. My commitment is to the law and justice above all else.
  5. ARE YOU READY TO JOIN THE ACADEMY DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE ON SEPTEMBER 15–16 AT 08:00 PM, WHETHER YOU WANT TO JOIN THE DOJ OR JUST WANT TO TAKE THE STATE BAR EXAM? :
    • Yes, I’m ready. Every step toward the law matters.
PERSONAL QUESTION
  1. EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEGISLATIVE, EXECUTIVE, AND JUDICIARY IN THE GOVERNMENT SYSTEM ? :
    • The legislative branch creates the law. The executive branch enforces the law. The judiciary interprets the law and ensures it aligns with justice and the constitution. Each exists to keep the other in check so power never falls into the wrong hands.
  2. WHY SHOULD WE ACCEPT YOU OR GRANT YOU THE STATE BAR LICENSE ? :
    • Because I want to bring structure and integrity back to the way law is seen and practiced in the State of San Andreas, particularly in Los Santos. I have seen people walk around with weed like there is no law, and I have seen officers uncertain about their own authority. That chaos is dangerous. I believe the law should be more than words; it should guide and protect everyone.

Joining the DOJ or earning the Bar license means I can help restore that balance and show people what real justice looks like. Beyond enforcing the law, I want to make a positive impact by providing thoughtful suggestions on improving legal processes and ensuring fairness in every case. I also see this as an opportunity to deepen my knowledge of the law and the judicial system, so I can serve not just with authority, but with understanding and integrity.
(( OUT OF CHARACTERS INFORMATION ))
  1. REAL LIFE NAME :
    • KEVIN A.
  2. REAL LIFE AGE :
    • 21
  3. DISCORD ID :
    • fsfelony
  4. HAVE YOU EVER PLAY AS AN ATTORNEY / JUDGE? IF YES PLEASE TELL US ABOUT IT :
    • I have not yet played as an attorney or a judge in an official capacity, but I have spent a great deal of time immersing myself in the foundations and principles of law. I am more of a reader than a player, someone who studies deeply rather than just acts on the surface. I know the basics such as actus reus and mens rea, the structure of a court process from pre-trial to verdict, the role of the jury, how to make objections, and how to deliver an opening statement.

I often challenge my thinking by studying criminal law scenarios through shows like Better Call Saul, Suits, and Daredevil, and by reading about legal history and philosophy. These experiences sharpened my ability to analyze cases critically and view the law as more than a set of rules. It is a living system that demands precision and integrity.

I have studied codes like the Code of Hammurabi and its principle of an eye for an eye, to modern doctrines such as Miranda rules and warning. I also understand the foundations of common law, rooted in the Anglo-Saxon tradition that shaped American jurisprudence, where precedent and fairness guide decisions. I believe that punishment should always fit the crime, and I value the origins and evolution of justice that brought us to the system we have today. These insights, combined with my dedication, prepare me to uphold the law with fairness and integrity. This is my opportunity to put that knowledge and mindset into action, and I am ready to uphold the values of justice in every case I handle.
