Saya ingin hadir sebagai orang yang dapat diandalkan, bukan hanya bagi rekan sesama polisi, tetapi juga dalam membangun kembali persepsi positif masyarakat terhadap kepolisian. Sementara CSG adalah sekumpulan masyarakat yang memiliki tujuan yang sama, yaitu untuk mengawasi pemerintah, menyuarakan suara masyarakat yang mungkin tidak didengar oleh pemerintah, dan terjun langsung ketika pemerintah gagal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan utama warga. Intinya, LEO adalah aparat yang menegakkan hukum dan peraturan, sementara Civilian Society Group adalah sekelompok masyarakat yang dapat memengaruhi arah kebijakan tanpa adanya otoritas tertentu.
